Keram Kandi (Persian: كرم كندي)[a] is a village in Qeshlaq-e Jonubi Rural District[4] of Qeshlaq Dasht District in Bileh Savar County, Ardabil province, Iran.
Demographics

[edit]At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 78 in 14 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 39 people in nine households.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 16 people in five households.[2]
