I think this article has a real chance of being a WP:HOAX, and even if not a hoax, it is way too vague and obscure to meet WP:GNG. First, the page creator (User:MattKelley) seemed to have been using their account exclusively for vandalism. MattKelley did create one other article which was really nice upon creation, especially for 2006 (New Richmond High School), only to edit the school's article on three separate occasions in the future, all three of which instances did MattKelley very obviously commit egregious vandalism, one of those said instances happened two years later, so essentially that user created the article just so he could vandalize it later, and may have also sockpuppeted or edited while logged out and vandalized even more. He created the article (NetWorth USA), which was speedily deleted for advertising, and tried to add it to another list. Looking at his other contributions EVERYTHING but his first two edits to the school page seems to be vandalism, (some of which were absolutely egregiously bad) and if the "Reverted" showed up on edits back then, MattKelley very well would and should have been blocked, due to the severity of those vandalism edits. As for the content of this article, while I can find some mentions of a "Hybrid DVD", it does not seem to at all match the description of this article.
