Minor histocompatibility protein HA-1 (or HMHA1) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the ARHGAP45 gene.^[5]^[6]^[7] More specifically, the protein encoded by ARHGAP45 is cleaved to form the histocompatibility antigen called HA-1.^[8]
