Hey, FinnDalyyy! The minimum requirement for having a stand-alone article on Wikipedia is notability, which for a noncommercial food we show by providing three instances of wp:significant coverage in wp:reliable sources. You've provided several blogs, which aren't considered reliable. That leaves two sources, one of which -- the Taste of Home probably just squeaks by for qualifying as significant coverage. We'll need at least one more reliable source discussing zucchini bread at some length. Alternatively, you could add a section at Zucchini#Culinary uses.
