Context to this draft

Just a note on the page history: this is a new AfC draft - not a restoration of the version redirected in July 2026. I rewrote the article, checked the sourcing again and added further independent press and academic coverage.

I also think some of the sources already present before the redirect were assessed rather narrowly. Der Standard, ORF/FM4 and Die Presse are established independent editorial sources, and the claim that the article was essentially based on monochrom's own statements doesn't really fit that source mix. The new draft also includes academic discussion by Eva Kulmer and Thomas Ballhausen. The few primary/internal sources that remain are only used for straightforward factual details/dates/later performances - or the artists' own stated intentions.

There was no AfD discussion, so AfC seemed like the cleaner way to have the new version reviewed. Normospheric (talk) 15:33, 7 September 2026 (UTC)
