Yiblane is a village and wetland area in the central Somalia, near the border between Hiiraan and Middle Shabelle. In 1986 Somalia government lists Yiblane as a village in Jalalaqsi District of Hiiraan.[1]

In 2015, Garowe Online reported incident in Yiblane and described village near the Hiiraan–Middle Shabelle border. The report said that three men were killed after being accused of belonging to the Somali National Army, while local residents said they were herders.[2]

United States Department of State also reported that incident in its 2015 human rights report and identified Yiblane as being in Hiiraan Region.[3]
