Xledger Group, also known as Xledger, is an international enterprise resource planning and finance software company.[1] Software architect Jarle Sky originally launched the company in 2000, aiming to bring the advantages of a subscription-based ERP system hosted entirely on cloud to mid-market businesses.[2]
Xledger is established in the Norway, Sweden, the UK, the USA, Denmark, and Finland, and is currently used by more than 10,000 companies and has over 100,000 users in +100 countries. The solution is designed for maximum automation, insight and scalability.[3]
In 2009, Xledger opened its first international branch in Stockholm, Sweden, with further launches in Helsinki, Finland, Bristol, United Kingdom, Colorado Springs, USA, and in Denmark through Xledger’s partner network between 2009 and 2020.[3]

Xledger complies with ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and ISAE 3402, and is Cyber Essentials UK certified.[4][5]
Community contributions
[edit]In 2019, Bristol Sport chose Xledger UK as its official Finance Solution provider and formed a partnership in 2019. In 2025, Xledger UK became Bristol Bears Women’s Principal Partner and front-of-shirt sponsors. During the 2025 Rugby World Cup, Xledger UK sponsored Red Roses Abbie Ward and Hannah Botterman.[6]
