The Vantage is an apartment complex located in Leopardstown, Dublin, the blocks vary in height from nine to eighteen stories. It's part of Central Park.[1]

There's Vantage East (the eastern part of it), Vantage Central (the middle part), and Vantage West (the west part)

History

The Vantage was completed in 2010, with a cost of €250 million. In 2014, Kennedy Wilson acquired the complex, and in 2016 it was expanded, adding 166 units[2], with a cost of €50 million.

Apartment Features

There are 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments and duplexes, with penthouses on the top floors of the buildings.[3]

Amenities include a gym, a lounge, underground parking, a cinema, and playgrounds.[4]

A Luas stop opened in 2010[5], which will take you 12 minutes to get to Dundrum Town Centre, and 22 minutes to get to Dublin City Centre.[6]

Building 6

Building 6 (Vantage Central, Building 6) is the tallest block in the complex, completed in 2010. It stands 60m tall, making it one of the tallest buildings in Ireland.
