History

The Armenian Electronic Register identifies Lida Nalbandyan as the company's direct beneficial owner from the date of registration.[2] Armenian business information service Spyur identifies Nalbandyan as the founder and executive director of SMMHub.[3]
Activities
[edit]Staff.am lists SMMHub in the information technology sector and describes its activities as including IT solutions, software licensing, infrastructure services and technical support.[1]
In October 2025, Armenian news outlet MediaHub published a report about SMMHub's participation in DigiTec 2025, an information technology exhibition held in Armenia.[4]
In April 2026, Analytic.am published an interview with Nalbandyan concerning SMMHub and the Armenian enterprise information technology market. The interview covered the company's development in the IT sector, technology implementation, competition, procurement processes and changes in the Armenian technology market.[5]
Industry engagement
[edit]On 18 September 2026, representatives of SMMHub met with representatives of Juniper Networks at the company's office in Amsterdam. Discussions concerned current and prospective technology projects in Armenia, Juniper Networks technologies and the development of local technical expertise.[6]
SMMHub was represented by founder and CEO Lida Nalbandyan and B2B director Ara Sargsyan. Juniper Networks was represented by Ivan Iashagashvili, Senior Director for Central and Eastern Europe and the CIS; Iryna Voblaia, Territory Account Manager; and Dmitry Zavelskiy, Technical Engineer.[6]
