Police career

Teague served in Surrey Police before transferring to West Midlands Police. In a 2026 interview, he stated that he had completed approximately 27 years of police service, including four and a half years with Surrey Police and more than 22 years with West Midlands Police. Teague became interested in UFO reports after watching a television documentary concerning reported sightings above American military installations.
