rinf.tech is a software engineering and IT consulting company based in Bucharest, Romania. The company also operates offices in Timișoara, Cluj-Napoca and Iași. Its delivery centres are located in Warsaw, Kyiv, Sofia, Pune and Guadalajara, and commercial offices in Detroit and Munich.[1]

History

rinf.tech was founded in 2006 by Constantin Iftime and Victor Dornescu.[2]

The company expanded to Cluj-Napoca and Iași[3][2]{ and in 2025 announced the opening of an office in Pune, India, as part of its international expansion.[3][4]

In 2025, the company received an ANIS award for Software Outsourcing Project of the Year for a project developed for Kardex.[5]

Operations

rinf.tech operates in software development, IT consulting and outsourcing services.[3][2] According to Economica.net, the company reported revenue of 145.2 million lei in 2022 and a net profit of 4.55 million lei.[2]

ZF reported that the company had over 600 employees and had delivered more than 1,000 custom software projects for clients ranging from large enterprises to mid-sized companies.[3]

Adapta Robotics

A robotics business associated with rinf.tech later developed into Adapta Robotics, a Romanian startup focused on service and automation robots.[6][7]

Adapta Robotics developed products including MATT, a robot for automated device testing, and ERIS, a retail robot.[6]

In 2024, Catalyst Romania announced a €2 million investment in Adapta Robotics.[8]
