Priyansh Das (born 10 September 2004) is an Indian chef from Ranchi, Jharkhand. He graduated in hotel management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Bhubaneswar, and trained at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar.[1]
Early life and education
[edit]Das was born in Ranchi on 10 September 2004.[1] From 2023 to 2026 he studied hotel management at the Institute of Hotel Management, Bhubaneswar, in Odisha.[1] As part of the course he completed industrial exposure training at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, beginning in April 2025, rotating through the front office, housekeeping, food and beverage service, and kitchen departments.[1]
In 2026 he was admitted to the Hospitality Management programme at ITS Turismo, Cultura e Nuove Tecnologie Marche, a higher technical institute in Fano, Italy. The two-year programme runs from November 2026 to July 2028 and includes a mandatory internship.[2]
Career
[edit]Das works as a chef with a focus on Italian cuisine and fine-dining presentation. His work includes a three-course Italian menu built around a pesto-infused marbled chicken prepared with a mosaic technique.[1]
He also designs and builds websites as a hobby.[1]
