MADNESS: Project Nexus (originally named Madness Project Nexus 2[1]) is a 3D beat 'em up 2021 PC video game developed by Matthew "Krinkels" Jolly and Michael "The-Swain" Swain, and is based off the Madness Combat web animation series.[2][3] The soundtrack being created by Cheshyre and Locknar, who both provided music for the predecessor Flash game Madness Project Nexus (Classic).

Gameplay

There are three main modes: Story Campaign, Arena Combat, The Playground. There is also a tutorial called Training Mission.

Reception

MADNESS: Project Nexus has "overwhelmingly positive" reviews on Steam.[4] There are also several mods for the game that can be installed through the Steam Workshop, ranging from small cosmetic mods to full-sized new game mods.
