Krishna Kumar Gaur is an Indian professional specialising in government affairs, skill development, and environmental innovation. He serves as the Head of Institutional Relations at DRIIV (Delhi Research Implementation and Innovation), a science and technology cluster set up under the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India on the recommendation of the Prime Minister's Science, Technology and Innovation Advisory Council (PM-STIAC).[1][2]
Early life and education
[edit]Gaur studied physics at Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College, University of Delhi, completing a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree between 2009 and 2012.[3] He went on to earn a Master of Business Administration in finance and consulting from the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Gwalior (ABV-IIITM) from 2012 to 2014.[4]
Career
[edit]Early in his career, Gaur worked with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), where he served as Program Manager for Government Affairs and Skill Programs.[1][5]
He later joined Blue Nudge, part of Blue Planet Environmental Solutions, as Vice President, where his work centred on environmental solutions and engagement with government bodies.[1]
At DRIIV, Gaur leads institutional relations, building partnerships across academia, industry, and government to help move innovations from laboratory to deployment.[1] In this capacity he has represented the cluster in collaborations and memoranda of understanding with technology companies. These include an agreement with AIVOT AI to deploy patented deep-technology solutions in rural healthcare and agriculture,[2][6][7] a strategic partnership with Matrix Geo Solutions for drone and geospatial-AI initiatives,[8] and a collaboration with Tagbin focused on artificial intelligence and digital capacity.[9]
