  • Comment: Please look at WP:SIRS including the two sections below on corporate depth and corporate trivia. Of the seven sources used here, 3 are stories relating to funding, two are straight press releases, one is an interview with the CEO. So there is currently no sourcing that works for SIRS. In addition there are a few tell-tale signs of AI / LLM usage, and that's not allowed (or needed). ChrysGalley (talk) 12:15, 24 May 2026 (UTC)

Klearcom is an Irish technology company based in Waterford, Ireland with offices in India and the United States of America. The company develops software used to test and monitor interactive voice response systems, voicebots and contact center call flows.[1][2] As of 2025, the company had 25 full-time employees.[3]

History

[edit]

Klearcom was founded in 2020 by Liam Dunne, Mark Rohan and Satish Barot.[1] The company is headquartered in Waterford and has developed a contact center voice testing platform.[1]

In 2021, Klearcom announced plans to expand into the United States and create additional jobs.[4] The company later established a subsidiary in India to support expansion in Asia, alongside its presence in Ireland and the United States.[1]

Products and services

[edit]

Klearcom provides a contact center voice testing platform used to test automated phone systems, including interactive voice response systems, voicebots and call routing journeys.[1][2]

The company’s software is used to identify issues in voice systems before they affect live customer calls. Its testing covers areas including IVR journeys, toll-free numbers, call routing, voice quality and voice AI systems.[5][6]

Klearcom’s platform supports different types of testing, including scheduled testing, regression testing, load testing and testing of voice-based AI agents.[2][6]

Funding

[edit]

In 2023, Klearcom raised €1.5 million in an investment round led by Furthr VC, with participation from Enterprise Ireland and HBAN’s Bloom Equity syndicate.[1][2]

The funding was intended to support further product development and the wider application of artificial intelligence in the company’s technology.[1]

In 2025, Klearcom secured an investment from London-based private equity firm Synova. Klearcom said the investment would support the next phase of its growth.[6][7][8]

Expansion

[edit]

Klearcom has expanded outside Ireland, with operations or presence reported in the United States and India.[1] In 2021, RTÉ reported that the company planned to expand into the United States and create additional jobs.[4] At that time, it had approximately 20 employees.[4] By April 2025, Klearcom had 25 full-time employees.[3]
