Kings of Games is a Slovenia-based company founded by Duško Pavasović and Luka Lenič.[1] The company currently focuses on developing the chess application called Chess Universe, which they made available on Google Play[2] , App Store[3] and Apple Arcade.[4]

Chess Universe
[edit]Kings of Games developed the Chess Universe application. According to Forbes Slovenia, they raised funding for the game, led by Transcend Fund, and it is the first early-stage investment by a major games venture capital fund in Slovenia.[6]
The game features were explored by ChessTech in 2020 from an educator's perspective. They noted that the app can be divided into two areas: playing against friends, strangers, or the computer, and the Academy where you can solve chess puzzles for rewards. The article presented certain critiques and allowed space for the founders to address them.[7]
