Comment: The draft The history section is problematic, and it's probably best to avoid summarising human responses to economics in a few sentences anyway. The core to this is the system itself, and showing that it has notability in terms of broad academic acceptance, which is difficult to pick up at this stage, partly because the core description is terse, and the further discussion section is poorly sourced and does not show the broader notability via independent sources. Human Resource Economic System (also referred to as Human Capital Monetisation Economic System (HRMES) and Intellectualism) is a proposed economic system developed by Deepak Sharma.

History

In the History of Human Race experienced the various Economic System likewise Barton Stage, Gold coin treasury System, meanwhile the philosophy of Public and Property has been introduced in ancient time by Aristotle and Plato, later on codified Capitalism and Socialism by prominent economist Adam Smith and Karl Marx during 18 centuries.^[1]

Recently a different Economic System has introduced in term of monetisation of national Human Resource as State H.R. Capital is possible for limited time period for establishment of new production resources. The aforesaid monitory fund can be utilised by all working professional of State for establishment of new industrial Establishment.^[2]^[3]^[4]

Human Resource Economic System (intellectualism) has been invented/founded by Deepak Sharma (father of H.R. Economics) is based on the four cardinal principles.^[5]^[6]

Principles

The Human Resource Economic System is based on the four cardinal principles:

Human Resource is being an absolute Asset of State.
Human resource to be valued in the form of a unit.
Human resource is being part of the State H.R. Capital account.
After registering the H.R. in the State Capital account, it's eligible to utilise likewise as conversion into monetary Fund/currency fund for a limited time period for establishment of new production resources.^[7]^[8]
