Horizon Radar Systems (HRS) is a software company based in Hungary which deals mainly in the visualization, radar processing, and software development for meteorology. The firm was established in 2024 by Valentino Chugov from Bundgyar, Hungary. The firm provides software for weather hobbyists, researchers, and operational meteorologists.
History
[edit]Horizon Radar Systems was founded in 2024 by Valentino Chugov with the objective of creating contemporary radar software programs for weather observation and analysis purposes.
The company came out with its first radar software product range in 2025. XTech and ECFSWR were among the customers that used their software.
The following year, Horizon Radar Systems turned into a publicly held company, launching a range of new software products like Horizon Systems and ResolvIt 2.0.
