Gossip Goblin is the alias of artist and filmmaker Zack London. The name is also used for his AI-assisted storytelling studio, which creates serialized science-fiction, fantasy and dystopian films using generative artificial intelligence tools.[1]
Reception
[edit]In 2026, The Hollywood Reporter profiled London in an article titled "How Gossip Goblin Is Becoming the Auteur of the AI Age".[2] The publication later included Zack "Gossip Goblin" London in its list of the most powerful people working in artificial intelligence.[3]
The Guardian reported that filmmaker Mathieu Kassovitz, director of La Haine, was struck by the emotional quality of one of London's AI-generated actors, framing the reaction within a broader debate over whether AI-assisted cinema could produce convincing performances.[4] GQ discussed Gossip Goblin in the context of debates over "AI slop" and taste in generative media.[5]
