Comment: 1. Please read WP:SOLUTIONS and remove marketing fluff terms. "Fleetworthy branding reflects contrasting black and red colors, with a logo that evokes flight and motion." lol 2. Please read WP:NPOV and rewrite article in neutral & encyclopedic for tone & content. CopyleftEverything (talk) 01:09, 19 July 2026 (UTC)

Fleetworthy is an American fleet management software company headquartered in Albany, New York. It provides toll payment management, weigh station bypass, and regulatory compliance software to commercial trucking fleets. The company was founded in 2001 as Bestpass and took the Fleetworthy name in 2024, following a series of acquisitions.[1][2] Its chief executive is Tom Fogarty.[3]
History
[edit]Founding and investment
[edit]Bestpass was founded in 2001 in Albany, New York, as a toll management service for commercial fleets operating across multiple electronic tolling jurisdictions.[1] In June 2023 the company received an undisclosed minority investment from Insight Partners, having previously been backed by Susquehanna Growth.[4][1]
Acquisitions and rebranding
[edit]In November 2023 Bestpass acquired Fleetworthy Solutions, a truck safety and compliance company based in Madison, Wisconsin that had been founded in 1983.[1][5] At the time of the transaction each company employed approximately 150 people, and both retained their existing headquarters.[1] Terms were not disclosed.[5]
In 2024 the company acquired Drivewyze, a weigh station bypass and in-cab safety notification service.[6] In September 2024 it brought Bestpass, Fleetworthy Solutions, Drivewyze and ExpressTruckTax together under the single Fleetworthy brand.[2]
In June 2025 Fleetworthy acquired Haul, a compliance automation company founded by Tim Henry and Toan Nguyen Le whose software handled document auditing, driver onboarding and monitoring against Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration records. Terms were not disclosed.[7]
In February 2026 the company renamed its individual product lines to match the parent brand, with Bestpass becoming Fleetworthy Toll Management, Drivewyze becoming Fleetworthy Weigh Station Bypass, and CPSuite becoming Fleetworthy Safety and Compliance.[8]
Operations
[edit]Fleetworthy's toll management service consolidates charges from multiple tolling authorities into a single account and invoice for fleet operators. In 2023 the company reported more than 30,000 fleet and owner-operator customers and said it processed over $1.5 billion in toll transactions annually.[1] Its compliance software automates document audits, driver onboarding and monitoring against federal safety records.[7]
Through Drivewyze, the company operates a weigh station bypass network. As a participating truck approaches an inspection site, the system determines whether the vehicle may continue past the facility or must pull in, and sends the result to the driver's electronic logging device or mobile phone.[9] The network had a presence in 42 states in 2017, when Arizona operated eight Drivewyze systems across Interstates 8, 10, 15 and 40.[9] The company reports that the network covers more than 925 sites as of 2026[update].[10]
