Edith Emily Money Maturin Porch (June 24, 1863 – October 8, 1945) was a British travel writer, novelist, journalist, and magazine writer who published under the names Mrs. Fred Maturin and Edith Cecil-Porch.
Edith Emily Money was born on June 24, 1863 in Naini Tal, India, the daughter of Colonel Edward James Thrale D'Oyley de Bourbel Money and Georgina Mary Russell Money. In 1882, she married Colonel Fred Maturin in Darjeeling. They would have three children, including actor Eric Bagot Maturin.[1]
