History

On 7 October 2019, Cyberoo was admitted to trading on AIM Italia, raising €7.15 million through the issuance of new shares, with an initial market capitalization of €27.2 million.[7]
In December 2019, the company established an agreement with the Ivan Puluj National Technical University in Ternopil, Ukraine, to cooperate on cybersecurity research and training.[8] In 2021, it formed a similar partnership with the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Cremona, Italy.[9]
In 2021, Cyberoo acquired a 51% controlling stake in Cyber Division S.r.l., a Novara-based cybersecurity firm specializing in vulnerability assessment and ethical hacking.[10] In 2023, the company expanded internationally by opening an operational center in Poland to host a second-level Security Operations Center (SOC).[11]
