CSM Technologies Limited is an Indian information technology company headquartered in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.[1] The company develops software and information technology solutions for government agencies and enterprises. It also provides consulting, implementation, and technology support services.[2][3][4][5]
History
[edit]CSM Technologies was incorporated on 15 July 1998 as Cybertech Software & Multimedia Private Limited under the Companies Act, 1956. The company was founded by Priyadarshi Pany during the expansion of India's information technology industry.[6][7]
In October 2014, the company changed its name to CSM Technologies Private Limited. According to its Red Herring Prospectus, the change was undertaken to establish a unified brand identity in domestic and international markets.[8]
The company was converted into a public limited company following resolutions passed by its board of directors and shareholders in 2025. A fresh certificate of incorporation was issued on 29 July 2025, and the company adopted its present name, CSM Technologies Limited.[9]
Operations

Its activities include software development, information technology consulting, digital transformation projects, system integration, implementation, and application support.[10][11]

Mining

Initial public offering
[edit]In June 2026, CSM Technologies launched its maiden public issue through the book-building process.[18]
The IPO consisted entirely of a fresh issue of approximately 12.9 million equity shares. There was no offer-for-sale component by existing shareholders. The issue opened for subscription on 24 June 2026 and closed on 29 June 2026, while anchor investor bidding took place on 23 June 2026.[19]
The company proposed listing its equity shares on the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and BSE, with BSE acting as the designated stock exchange for the issue. The issue also included a reservation for eligible employees.[20][21]
