Comment: appreciate your feedback but I know that the message is mostly generic owing to the AfC script so I was hoping to get some more nuanced feedback on this. Most of the sources are in Mizo and there are some that goes into depth of the origins of the song. Additionally Vanglaini is an extremely respected and reputed newspaper in the Mizo language. There aren’t any English songs because there aren’t any widespread coverage on Mizoram. I am of the opinion that non english sources should also suffice for notability, and not having english language sources should not be a reason against notability? "Angelte Zai Ri" or the Songs of Angels[1] is a Mizo Christmas gospel song written and produced by Rpa Ralte (Lalrinpuia Ralte), a musician and songwriter from Aizawl, Mizoram, India.[2] An earlier version was performed by Priscilla Fanai[3], Aseni Sailo, Mali, Stephanie, and Rpa Ralte.[4] A single featuring Strings For Christ was released on 31 October 2021.[5][6]
The lyrics concern the Nativity of Jesus, depicting angels proclaiming the birth of Christ at Bethlehem[7] and calling listeners to rejoice and give praise.[4][8] The song has been covered by multiple Mizo artists, including Robert Lalnuntluanga feat. Forzando and Strings For Christ in separate recordings.[9][10] It appears in the Mizo gospel song[11] category at Mizo Hla Thu Inpui alongside over 235 Krismas hla.[4][12]
