    Andre Soueid is a Lebanese violinist, creative DJ, music producer, and live performer. He is known for blending electronic music genres, particularly deep house, with live classical and Arabic oriental violin performance.

    Early life and education

    Soueid was raised in Beirut, Lebanon. Between 1998 and 2010, he attended Collège du Sacré-Cœur – Frères Gemmayzé, completing his Lebanese Baccalaureate with a concentration in Sociology and Economics. Parallel to his general education, he studied violin at the Lebanese National Higher Conservatory in Beirut from 1998 to 2015, receiving a classical degree in violin performance.

    In 2014, Soueid graduated from La Sagesse University (Université La Sagesse) in Furn el Chebbak with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Banking and Finance.

    Soueid gained international visibility through digital media platforms, publishing performance videos that fuse classical and Middle Eastern string melodies with modern electronic backing tracks.[1]

    Soueid has performed at international festivals, cultural venues, and brand activations across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia:

    • Orchestral engagements: Performed his original composition "Al Oula" alongside the Lebanese Oriental Orchestra, and performed Melhem Barakat's "Ya Hobbi Li Grab" with the Egyptian Orchestra at the Cairo Opera House.
    • Festivals and clubs: Headlined performances at venue destinations including Cavo Paradiso in Mykonos, UNTOLD Festival in Romania, the EAGLE Festival in Albania, and Ras Al Khaimah (UAE), where he opened for electronic music producer Armin van Buuren.
    • Corporate and sports events: Performed at events surrounding the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, Formula 1 in Jeddah, the Autonomous Racing League (A2RL) in Abu Dhabi, the regional launch of the Land Rover Defender in Jordan, and the opening of Louis Vuitton at the Mall of the Emirates in Dubai.
