Debi is a 2026 Indian Bengali psychological thriller web series directed by Anirban Chakraborty.[1][2] It is written by Amlan Majumder.[3]
The series main starring Arindam Ganguly, Debasish Das, Avery Singha Roy, Anirban Bhattacharya, Sagarika Roy, and Debipriya Sarkar. The web series is produced by Santanu Chatterjee under Films and Frames.[4][5]
Synopsis
[edit source]When ambitious young actress Sneha goes missing, official police inquiries hit a dead end, prompting an observant but often-ridiculed constable named Debi to launch a parallel investigation. As Debi connects the clues, she unravels a web of deceit. The plot centers on a fraudulent spiritual leader, Hemant Maharaj, who desperately wants to bury a scandalous and incriminating video. To do this, he forms an unlikely alliance with Chhanda Masi, the constable's own grief-stricken house help, who is seeking revenge for her son's suicide. Together, they plot a seemingly perfect murder.[6]
