Chropov (Hungarian: Sziklabánya) is a village and municipality in Skalica District in the Trnava Region of western Slovakia.
History
[edit]In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1262.
Geography
[edit]The municipality lies at an altitude of 244 metres (801 ft)[2] and covers an area of 17.79 km2 (6.87 sq mi) (2025).[4]
