Charnat (French pronunciation: [ʃaʁna]; Occitan: Charnac) is a commune in the Puy-de-Dôme department in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes in central France. It is part of the canton of Maringues[3] and the communauté de communes Thiers Dore et Montagne.[4]
