Cesvaine Parish (Latvian: Cesvaines pagasts) is an administrative unit of Madona Municipality, Latvia. It was created in 2010 from the rural territory of Cesvaine town.[4] At the beginning of 2014, the population of the parish was 1356.[5] The administrative center of the parish is located in Cesvaine (located extraterritorially outside the parish).

From 2009 to 2021, the parish was a part of Cesvaine Municipality.
