Interwiki inconsistencies

Here on wikipedia.org we see

• User ja-1/2/3/4/5/N (no 0)

while at commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:User_ja we see

• User ja-0/1/2/3/4/N (no 5)

and at wikisource.org/wiki/Category:User_ja in contrast we see

• User ja then separately User ja-1/2/3/N (no 0 or 4/5)

It lacks consistency... maybe someone skilled at editing Templates and the like can correct this?
