BDStar Navigation Co., Ltd. (Chinese: 北斗星通导航技术股份有限公司, abbreviated as "BDStar", SZSE: 002151) is a satellite navigation-related enterprise headquartered in Haidian District, Beijing, established in 2000. The company offers GNSS products and services, such as GNSS chips, modules, antennas, and data services.[1]

History

The company was established on 25 September 2000.[2] It was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2007.

In March 2009, BDStar established subsidiary Unicore Communications, Inc.[3]

On 25 September 2010, BDStar released its first multi-constellation, multi-frequency GNSS chip "Nebulas".[4]

In June 2015, the company acquired Shenzhen Harxon and Jiaxing Glead Electronics.[5]

In September 2020, BDStar established TruePoint Technology Inc.[6]

In 2021, BDStar established ICOE Technologies Co., Ltd.[7]

In May 2025, BDStar acquired Shenzhen Tianli Automotive Electronics Technology Co., Ltd.[3]
