The 2026–27 ABA League Second Division is the 9th season of the ABA Second Division.
Format change
[edit]17 clubs will participate in the competition.
Competition format was changed again – 17 teams have been divided into the four Regular Season groups, one consisting of five clubs and others of four clubs.
In each group, the teams play against each other in a home-and-away round-robin system. Best-placed teams of each group advance directly into the Playoffs. Second- and third-placed teams will participate in the play-in round and the winners will also advance to the Playoffs. The Quarterfinals, Semi-finals and Finals will be played in a best-of-three series format (1–1–1).

KK Split (relegated from ABA1 league) chose FIBA Europe Cup as the only international competition playing this season.[3]
Kansai Helios withdrew due to the financial difficulties.[4]
