Create a request for undeletion if you want to:

• Restore pages or files which were deleted by
  • proposed deletion,
  • the speedy deletion criteria listed below, or
  • deletion discussions which had little or no participation after the nomination;
• Improve the content of a deleted page so that it can be kept; or
• Use the content of a deleted page somewhere else. In this case it can be restored as a draft, moved into your userspace, or emailed to you. These options are collectively referred to as userfication.

As an alternative to this process, you can make a direct request to certain administrators.

Note: Please specify the namespace of the deleted page in your request. JavaScript .js and CSS .css pages are a special case - to request those please use the interface administrators' noticeboard.

Applicable speedy deletion criteria

You can only request the restoration of pages which were deleted by speedy deletion if the criterion used was one of the following.

• CSD A1, no context
• CSD A3, no content
• CSD A10, recently created article that duplicates an existing topic
• CSD F4, lack of licensing information
• CSD F5, orphaned non-free use files
• CSD G6, maintenance deletions
• CSD G7, author requests deletion
• CSD G8, pages dependent on a non-existent or deleted page
• CSD G14, unnecessary disambiguation pages
• CSD U1, user request
• CSD U2, nonexistent user

The previous deletion discussion appears to have placed significant emphasis on the lack of independent coverage where Indie Recordings itself was the primary subject. However, this is not unusual for established independent record labels, where media coverage overwhelmingly focuses on the artists and releases rather than the company behind them.

Founded in 2005, Indie Recordings has grown into one of Norway’s leading independent record labels within metal and hard rock. Through its releases, the label has received eleven Spellemann Awards, Norway’s most prestigious music awards (based on my research; the actual total may be higher). Its current roster consists of 21 artists, while nearly 90 bands and artists have been signed to the label over the years.

The label has worked with numerous internationally recognised artists, including Enslaved, Kvelertak, Leprous, Sólstafir, Abbath, Kampfar, Gåte, Bokassa, Seigmen, Djerv and The Good The Bad and The Zugly. Many of these artists have established international careers and are independently notable.

In the music industry, the significance of a record label is often best demonstrated by the calibre, success and longevity of the artists it signs, develops and releases. Judged by that standard, Indie Recordings has had a substantial and sustained impact on both the Norwegian and international metal scene, and its importance extends well beyond the limited number of articles where the label itself is the primary subject. —Lensbirdie (talk) 16:33, 28 July 2026 (UTC)

  Your argument above is just a claim that they must be notable as they were the label of presumably notable bands, but notability is not inherited. If they are instrumental to those bands notability then it would be likely sources exist to show that they are notable. The deleted article had two sources when nominated: the first there own website; the second about a press release they made about El Caco - so nothing independent at all.   You would have to ask the deleting admin Justlettersandnumbers why they determined it was a hoax. however, in general the term 'hoax' on Wikipedia is widely construed. In this case this claims to be a Bureau with a parent corporation with subsidiaries etc, when it actually appears to just be something made up with a few pages hosted on free websites. Request to review the deletion of “Ebony Mystique”

I am the subject of the deleted article and am disclosing that conflict of interest. I am requesting review of the July 31, 2026 deletion following the third Articles for Deletion discussion.

I do not dispute that the article may have had sourcing and promotional problems. However, I believe significant independent sources were not fully evaluated, including substantial coverage from Daily Star, AVN, XBIZ and Fleshbot, as well as independent reporting documenting an exclusive Brazzers contract, an Urban X Award win and continuing industry coverage.

I am not requesting that the prior article simply be restored unchanged. I am requesting permission for the deleted material to be moved to draft space, or for a new neutral draft to be reviewed through Articles for Creation. The new draft would exclude promotional claims, avoid reliance on IMDb and Wikitia, clearly disclose my conflict of interest and rely primarily on independently published sources.

I have also received threatening messages from an individual claiming responsibility for the deletion and demanding payment. I understand that this allegation is separate from whether the article satisfies Wikipedia’s notability rules, but the deletion discussion itself notes suspicious activity involving the nominating account.

Relevant sources include:

• Daily Star profile concerning the subject’s nursing and adult-entertainment career
• AVN interview concerning the exclusive Brazzers contract
• XBIZ reporting concerning Urban X Award nominations and hosting
• Fleshbot reporting concerning the 2022 Urban X Award win
• Official Urban X Award results

Once it's restored I'd simply redirect the spinout article to Fremantle Arts Centre per this edit summary, but what I'm actually most interested in having restored is the talk page discussion for the historical record, as the old talk page is linked to in a few places (having the talk page discussion implies having the article history around too, I'd say). (Edited to add later: the old article history might be useful for the infoboxes or other metadata). Re the article history: I think the best arguments are that (a) it's quoted in the talk page in this comment so not having the article history technically makes the talk page quote a copyvio and (b) it was deleted in a PROD so restoration is meant to be uncontroversial.
