About the meetup
[edit]This is intended to include any interested Wikimedians who find themselves in Dublin or can make their way to Dublin for the evening. It will be a social gathering for Wikimedia enthusiasts, where we...
- Drink beverages of choice and (possibly) have a bite to eat.
- Chat about Wikipedia and any other topics we fancy.
Mainly a casual social event. You can expect to meet some very keen Wikipedians, however this is also an open invitation to anyone interested in finding out more about Wikipedia, other Wikimedia projects, projects re-using Wikipedia, and other collaborative wiki projects. Feel free to come along and raise these discussions over a coffee.

The Lord Edward is a quiet, comfortable pub that is ideal for having a good chat about Wikimedia/Wikipedia in Ireland. They have a range of drinks. There is no WiFi unfortunately, but if you have any suggestions for a different venue for your next meetup - please let us know!
