Can someone kindly create a vector version of the image illustrating how a net cutter is used. The image above is based on an illustration from the Coast Guard of Iceland's webstite and depicts an Icelandic coast guard ship cutting the net of a British trawler. It doesn't have to look exactly like the png above (it differs quite a lot from the original), as long as it shows the manner of the net being cut, it's fine. Currently there is no high-quality image of the logo of the Agrarian Party of Turkmenistan present on any wiki. The image currently in use on enwiki has oversaturated colors, imprecise elements, and unreadable text, while the image currently in use on ruwiki is more detailed but is rather grainy and uses a less-than-ideal file format (JPG for non-photographic data). @HapHaxion: The best version of this image I could find is indeed the one at ru.wiki. Vectorization is not allowed per WP:NFC. I've cleaned and rotated the png from ru.wiki and overwrote the existing file here. – Pbrks ^(t • c) 16:14, 4 March 2022 (UTC)

If you click on the image to open the wikimedia page you can download from there. wikipedia renders them to PNG for gallery view @Trade: Lilbitmessy talk 18:33, 16 February 2022 (UTC)
