Usage
[edit]|notice=text for the header notice|commonscat=category for related content on Commons|cat=parameter for {{Non-free Scout logo}} to include category|cat2=set to yes if the category is secondary and is not set with {{Non-free Scout logo}}|subcat=set to yes to add<categorytree>and TOC; use for categories with multiple pages or subcategories
