Naming

• Use a full descriptive name

Images

• The preferred formats are .PNG and .SVG
• The preferred image width is 280px
• Image backgrounds should be transparent

Images and content

• Current versions of logos are inherently related to the organization and do not need commentary
• Historical logos or logos for one-time events must have related content

Usage

• |notice=text for the header notice
• |commonscat=category for related content on Commons
• |cat=parameter for {{Non-free Scout logo}} to include category
• |cat2=set to yes if the category is secondary and is not set with {{Non-free Scout logo}}
• |subcat=set to yes to add <categorytree> and TOC; use for categories with multiple pages or subcategories
