Screenshot and Lapsus$ affiliation allegation

[edit]

The screenshot (and its caption) used in the article claims that galel.co.il's defacement has been caused by the Lapsus$ hacker group, even though it became inactive in late 2022 (per its Commons page, the screenshot has been created and uploaded on 3 January 2024). I suspect that it might be usurping the real group's identity, especially given its dubious reference to "French hackers" despite the real group having no known French members when it operated. Should I edit the image's caption, keep it as-is or remove the image completely? 0xC0000005 (talk) 03:23, 19 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
