Pronounciation of ⟨th⟩ as a digraph
[edit]I am not a native English speaker, so please answer this (as silly a question as this might be to a native speaker): how is the digraph ⟨th⟩ pronounced? My guess would be tee-aitch... Thanks! EddyAntonescu (talk) 05:09, 29 October 2025 (UTC)
- P.S. I asked a similar question for Th-fronting. EddyAntonescu (talk) 05:11, 29 October 2025 (UTC)
- @EddyAntonescu If you mean how should you read the title of this article aloud, you would say "tee-aitch digraph". And likewise "tee-aitch fronting". Doric Loon (talk) 14:11, 29 October 2025 (UTC)
- Yup. That is exactly what I meant. Thank you very much. EddyAntonescu (talk) 18:40, 29 October 2025 (UTC)
