Personal life/divorce

[edit]

Just watched Elon Musk's "Mars Pioneer Award" Acceptance Speech from August 4, 2012. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PK0kTcJFnVk&feature=related At around the 25 minute mark he adresses Talulah - who is in the audience - as his wife. Just posting this here in case someone has an update on her marriage's status as it seems strange to assume they're seperated while she's obviously accompanying him even to smaller publicity events. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 79.225.24.28 (talk) 20:10, 18 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

The article states:

Personal life In 2008, Riley began dating billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk and in 2010 they married at Dornoch Cathedral.[15]

But what about, if Musk wasn't a billionaire back in 2008?  Preceding unsigned comment added by Da Vinci Nanjing (talkcontribs) 11:03, 5 June 2017 (UTC)Reply

Should there be a mention of her writing?

[edit]

She has published a book, Acts of Love. This seems worth mentioning.  Preceding unsigned comment added by 97.87.199.54 (talk) 16:06, 23 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

Good idea. I've added it! --Ichosethisusername (talk) 16:44, 24 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

Photo of Elon Musk?

[edit]

Why is the final picture of Riley, if you click the main photo and swipe through, a picture of Elon Musk? Yes, they were married (twice) but surely that space is for photos of the article's subject, not their ex-husband.

She married Musk? Urgh! Poor/foolish woman. ~2025-31434-42 (talk) 14:33, 6 November 2025 (UTC)Reply

pronouns

[edit]

Is there a reason Riley is referred to as "they" and "xer" in the first half of the article, but it switches to "her" at Stage, and "she" at Acting? Does Riley have preferred pronouns? Not mentioned in article. 2600:1014:B12C:E55A:5D8C:EAE9:FAA:9A9D (talk) 17:31, 25 November 2022 (UTC)Reply

@2600:1014:B12C:E55A:5D8C:EAE9:FAA:9A9D Sorry, "she"at Film. 2600:1014:B12C:E55A:5D8C:EAE9:FAA:9A9D (talk) 17:32, 25 November 2022 (UTC)Reply

Their father

[edit]

As of October 2021, their father works as a screenwriter.

Who's father? This sentence doesn't make sense. Should it not read

As of October 2021, HER father works as a screenwriter? Rustygecko (talk) 18:58, 25 November 2022 (UTC)Reply

Elon and Epstein

[edit]

To be totally clear, the following quote contains gross material inaccuracies, and claims which are unsupported and even appear to be contradicted by the article which is cited.

In a November 2012 email between Musk and Jeffrey Epstein, Riley is mentioned as a passenger on a helicopter to Epstein island, for a party which Musk requested be "the wildest party on your island".

1) Neither Riley nor Musk were mentioned as passengers on an a helicopter to Epstein island. Neither of them visited the island. Neither of them traveled via helicopter to, from, around, or near the island. Neither of them appeared on any itinerary, private or otherwise, for any flight in relation to said island. Discussing interest in travel to a location and being offered transportation does not make one a passenger. Therefore, one cannot claim that one is listed as a passenger on the mere basis that messages exist which discuss such interest and contain such offers for transportation.

2) There is no evidence that Musk made any request of Epstein with regard to any party which he was said to be hosting. Musk appears to have inquired as to *whether or when* any planned parties would be most wild. But this is an inquiry or a request *for information*, not a request of Epstein regarding any party. Furthermore, it is clear from the no such party was even to take place. ~2026-71375-7 (talk) 00:08, 2 February 2026 (UTC)Reply
