For the 2025 NBA All-Star Game, Curry, along with many other players, played two brief matches. However, I am unsure as to whether they ought to be recorded as one combined game or be counted it as two all-star games played. Bernietek4 (talk) 23:18, 20 January 2026 (UTC)Reply

Steph Curry has NOT won an Academy Award. The Oscars' rules for Documentary Short Subject clearly state that "A maximum of two persons may be designated as nominees, one of whom must be the credited director who exercised directorial control, and the other of whom must have a director or producer credit." Steph was an executive producer and was therefore not eligible for nomination. Only Ben Proudfoot was nominated and won the award. The section should be removed as it is factually inaccurate. Support - Steph is used way more than Stephen as it is his common nickname. Not only do they call him that in reliable sources incredibly frequenly, but is also in comon use in very conversations and informal places, such as social media. It is just a very common name to call him Steph and should be used Wcamp9 (talk) 14:37, 16 April 2026 (UTC)Reply
Oppose A representative sample of reliables source doesn't support it as being used by significant majority to meet WP:COMMONNAME, which is a higher bar than just the plain English term common.—Bagumba (talk) 15:59, 20 April 2026 (UTC)Reply

4 rings, 1 FMVP, 2 MVP (first unanimous), 11 all NBA team selections and he only gets to be the greatest shooter? He is also one of the greatest NBA players to touch that ball. Be consistent. ~2026-28786-82 (talk) 17:11, 12 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
