Was looking for some more information on this company, but there wasn't even a page on wikipedia - so i thought i best create one... i think they are quite notable - lots of national TV adverts and awards etc... Jpskidmore 23:54, 2 September 2006 (UTC)

In the opening paragraph why is the word 'ostensibly' and then the word 'accusation' used here: "However there have been recent accusations that the system operates almost exclusively through the use of call-center workers in South Africa and the Philippines" It implies a judgment. The paragraph discusses human intervention being used and then appears to disrespect the use of operators in South Africa and Philippines who are indeed human. The last two sentences should be dropped or text added to indicate that human operators are in multiple locations reported to include South Africa and the Philippines though it isn't clear that needs to be mentioned so prominently at all. I can pretty much prove that they do in fact to 90% operate with humans in call centers all over the world. I used to work here in peru 2 years ago for a call center that had ( not sure if they still have ) provided the voice to text services in english, spanish and german for spinvox through their indian service partners.

I still have the training manuals etc for the version that was used back then and of course they made us sign an paper to keep this here secret but as they failed to hold up their part of the contract (giving us an work contract, health insurance, benefits) this contract is nil as it was with the call center and not with spinvox. Correctional cleanup
