Slender Man is still around this decade, via the recent remaster of The Arrival and its upcoming sequel, the recent Slenderverse YouTube documentary and the "Collect my pages" meme. @LuxAmber, i feel bad for you, the fact that Day Creature called your art "AI" must be extremely hurtful for artist. First off i want to say great work with the original slender man image and the Jeff the Killer image (although the Тонкий человек image is a bit low res) and the same with your new artwork great job!
I do see Alpha Beta Delta LambdaPOV that the background is a bit distracting, so let's compromise, i made a slightly edited version of the image with the background removed. I don't know if the image will be accepted, but we'll have to wait for @Alpha Beta Delta Lambda to respond first before any changes.
@1timeuse75: hi, friendly reminder that you don't actually need any editors' response, you can just implement boldly it if you think it'd be alright. Per the article, Slender Man is most commonly described as very tall and thin with unnaturally long, tentacle-like arms.... The last sentence of Slender Man#Folkloric qualities uses a semicolon incorrectly. Please change the semicolon to a comma or colon (or change the semicolon to a full stop and remove the rest of the sentence, which defines the "Gutenberg Parenthesis" linked before the semicolon).
i'm undecided whether the current [[Secondary orality|Gutenberg Parenthesis]] would be improved if changed to [[Secondary orality#The Gutenberg Parenthesis|Gutenberg Parenthesis]].
Not done: I agree with Drmies; that illustration looks like AI art. There's nothing wrong with the current picture. Day Creature (talk) 16:57, 5 September 2025 (UTC)
