Harrison, Stephen (26 July 2021). "How to Use Wikipedia When You're Watching the Olympics". Slate. Retrieved 27 July 2021. Riddle me this: Michael Phelps came in first. Simone Biles was fourth. Aly Raisman and Katie Ledecky were fifth and sixth, respectively. Hint: The answer is not medal counts. Nor is it GOAT athlete status. Nope, those were the rankings of the most-visited pages on English Wikipedia for the week of Aug. 7, 2016, during the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. Phelps' page received the most traffic that week, with more than 5.4 million page views, while Biles, Raisman, and Ledecky received more than 4.25 million page views, collectively.

Simone Biles's brother, Tevin Biles-Thomas, was charged for a shootout that left three people dead in a New Year's Eve shooting in Cleveland, and then was acquitted. Why is there ZERO information about that in this article (her family in her personal life section, her reaction to the event)? This is highly publicized news.
How is an official court proceeding about a murder case a non-event? Does an acquittal verdict automatically render all criminal cases not notable? That is not so.
She has a brother; this belongs in her personal life section. There was a shooting in 2019, and three people were killed. There was a publicized news case where this brother of this famous athlete was charged. Simone Biles has spoken up about this shooting. These are noteworthy and sourced events that can and should be included on the page.
Biles began her elite gymnastics career at age 14 on July 1, 2011, at the 2011 American Classic in Houston. She placed third all-around, first on vault and balance beam, fourth on floor exercise, and eighth on uneven bars.[31] Later that month, Biles competed at the 2011 U.S. Classic in Chicago, Illinois, where she placed 20th all-around, fifth on balance beam and floor exercise.[32][33]
