Source for silk being permissible in battle

[edit]

Under the clothing section "Muhammad owned three long shirts (jubbas in Arabic) which he wore during battle. In one of the narrations from Ahmad, he said that it is allowed to wear silk during war." is written, what is the source for this? What Hadith number? UltWad (talk) 18:20, 5 March 2026 (UTC)Reply
