Regarding Iwaju

[edit]

Hey there, was just reading this article and saw the mention of Iwaju. To be clear - to my understanding, Iwaju was primarily done at Cinesite. It wasn't animated at Walt Disney Animation Studios Vancouver.

Highest Grossing Movie

[edit]

Why can't the fact that this is one of the highest-grossing movies of all time be listed? 4TheLuvOfFax (talk) 13:26, 19 May 2025 (UTC)Reply

Because it's only 44th highest. Barry Wom (talk) 13:48, 19 May 2025 (UTC)Reply
"only"
It made the list. 4TheLuvOfFax (talk) 02:50, 20 May 2025 (UTC)Reply
No, you need to take a long-term "big picture" point of view when writing for Wikipedia. See WP:NOTNEWS. 44th is not that impressive—especially since it will be pushed down the list very quickly due to ticket price inflation. For example, Frozen (2013 film) was the fifth-highest grossing film at its peak and is now 24. --Coolcaesar (talk) 15:27, 20 May 2025 (UTC)Reply
umm because even Wikipedia editors are not that shamelessly biased toward Disney...? 103.185.242.254 (talk) 14:49, 16 June 2025 (UTC)Reply
