First qibla
[edit]In early Islam, Muslims faced in the general direction of Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem as the qibla in their prayers before changing the direction to face the Kaaba, believed by Muslims to be a result of a Quranic verse revelation to Muhammad.[1] This building was built during the time of Abdulmelik, and probably indicates a wrong building. Kabba’s pagan roots

Disambiguation
[edit]Can we add a "not to be confused with" to this? Khaba (the historical figure) is easy to confuse with the Kaaba. Swelgijo (talk) 20:03, 2 April 2026 (UTC)
