Merging this country-based article with Schottische

Jenkka is the same dance as schottische, also called that in Finnish (sotiisi, sottiisi), and therefore should not have an article of its own (there are not individual articles for this dance according to other countries where it is known and danced) and to be merged with the one which covers schottische. --Jtuohini (talk) 09:46, 19 June 2021 (UTC)Reply

The description of the steps is wrong. Only the man goes left-right-left-hop, the lady goes right-left-right-hop. There are enough videos on Youtube which prove this. --Plenz (talk) 20:10, 22 March 2026 (UTC)Reply
