Image removal/inclusion
[edit source]@User:SpanskKo, The file that you remove (File:NuniCult_femboy_and_Model_from_the_United_Kingdom_2.jpg) seems to demonstrate the subject of the page. The image is demonstrating a person in a sexual context and this page is about a sexual fetish. I would argue that it is more appropriate then the other image on this page that being the breast pump.
