Hello, I am Carbrera, and I'll be reviewing this article for possible good article submission.

Full review coming very soon. Carbrera (talk) 22:05, 4 April 2016 (UTC)Reply

This a very well-worded article! I have just a few concerns that I have listed below:

Lead

[edit]
  • Please put Ref #6 at the end of the sentence as it looks kind of awkward where it is currently placed
    • Done.

History

[edit]
  • You list "early faculty", but many of them are in red links; why should they be listed when they aren't necessarily notable, considering they don't have Wikipedia articles?
    • I removed all the redlinks.
  • Who described the Extension classes as "surprisingly affordable"?
    • It was Fodor's, but I am not sure why this one clause in the whole article was singled out. Even the very next clause is cited by not attributed in text.

Deans

[edit]
  • There are no sources at all for this section
    • Done.

Academics

[edit]

Distance education

[edit]
  • The 'Today' section starts with "As of 2014..."; does this still apply to 2016, the current year? If so, current-ize this section so it is up-to-date
    • I'm not sure, so I changed the heading from "Today" to "Modern"

Academic requirements

[edit]
  • I would add "strict" before "GPA requirements."
    • Done.

Alumni

[edit]
  • The notes in parentheses look out of place to me; there must be some way that you could explain this in the section itself instead of creating footnotes, yes?
    • This screwed with the placement of the references a little, but I think I made it work.

Notable alumni

[edit]
  • The last sentence in this section's third paragraph doesn't make sense to me
    • I broke it up. Hope this clarifies things.
